Its okay to feel bloated on ur period days. We are all! Dont worry tho, those weight you gained, i'll come off after ur period. If you dont have severe cramps you could try a little workout and i promise it'll make you feel better!

I keep it simple. Go to gym 3 or 4 times a week and do these workout : Day 1 : chest and triceps Day 2 : legs and abs Day 3 : back and biceps And you back again to day one. Hi there, im just starting 30DS as well. Today was my day two. And now im suffering a bad calf soreness. Haha. And i used a kg dumbells, because its the only pair i got at home. In gym i usually use 2 or 3 kg dumbells. But hey, 1 kg is better than nothing right?

do you tire yourself before lifting? (like doing cardio before) because sure it will affect your energy, and if you didn't maybe you could review your food, probably you eating too few? because eating too few is also bad for your muscle and it will shrink it.

for me, its more whether you're a morning person or not. i'd really like to wake up and run in the morning, only it's not possible. i've tried so many times before but i always end up with turning my alarm off and continue to hug my pillow. lol. i hate wake up early, so yea i choose workout in the evening after work.

everytime i go to gym im doing 5 mins warm up on elliptical or stationery bike, then weights after that cardio again for 10-15 mins. either its treadmill or bike, but lately i like doing HIIT on treadmill. it has more kicks and makes me sweat more.

umm i do 10 mins cardio before lifting for warm up., followed by 60 mins lifting, then end it again with cardio about 10 or 20 more mins, works well for me :)

usually banana, frozen or raw is pretty filling, and sometimes i snack on apples as well. um also fit bar we could find on store, its not recommended daily but its fine for me if you dont have time to prepare anything. i usually just eat raw fruits.

well im pretty new to this too, but, isnt this site/app is made for this reason? you fill out your data, your activity and ect ect and it gives you calculation how many calories you need a day. and if you exercise it will calculate on there too.
