you've obviously not read the whole topic. If you have u would have seen where I said i have worked and lived in Turkey and have Muslim friends who struggled when they were eating normally before and after dark. Please read before u jump in and criticise

haha proper lol'd at this!! And jumping on people who do know what they were talking about! My best friend at school was Muslim and she used to eat mints in secret cos she was so hungry during the day. The OP will feel terrible on 600 cals a day.

Thanks ladies, I guess I just figure out how long I was actually working out for (ie don't count the rest periods.) It doesn't come to very many calories when I log it (something like 58) But that was just the first day. I bet the workouts get longer / harder?

Thanks Emma, Think I need to get a HRM. I swim a lot though and ideally would like one that works in water, but they are expensive! I have my birthday in September so maybe I'll get one then :) Did you notice how your HRM values differ from what MFP suggests? x
