well I tried this last night and could deffo feel a difference to my heart rate, and my hammies are sore today from doing backstroke as fast as I could! Will keep it up :-)

great thank you, will give it a go. kind of been doing the same by doing 2 laps of each stroke in rotation, I can go quicker at the crawl than at breststroke. gunna give it a go doing as you did

Hiya, Not sure about the allergy side of things but add me if you like for protein ideas (I'm veggie too) I have about 100g of protein a day (usually including one whey protein shake) and you can look at my diary to see what might work for you. Oh, and I'm also a swimmer :-) Good luck!

I would also like to know what actually counts as a rest day? Is it doing no exercise at all? Or is it a break from strength. I am doing ripped in 30, killer buns and thighs and I also swim a few times a week. Would the swimming count as a rest day or should I have 1 day a week where I do nothing at all?

I was totally the same, didn't lose weight or inches on the shred, but I did feel tighter in my tummy and I think it showed a bit. I have moved on to ripped in 30 and killer buns and thighs and it (in my opinion) both work you harder than 30DS so I'm hoping for some results. I have also ordered NROLFW but its taking…

I'm doing KBT at the same time as RI30. So far KBT not been too bad, though I am only on level 1. Gunna start on level 2 in about half an hour!

I've been waitiing for my book to arrive for about 3 weeks (it's coming from the US and I'm in the UK.) hello! Mine is Salter, it was on offer in Argos a few months back, there are lots to choose from on the Argos website I am a bit addicted to getting on it several times a day though _ not that its budging!
