I just finsihed 30ds and am gutted because I didn't lose anything, not even any inches, but I am at goal so I don't have much to lose so that could be why. Just hoped it would get rid of my jiggly belly and thighs. I did eat the biggest amount of chocolate at easter though so that might have undone all of my hard work :-(…

Lots of walks pushing the buggy will help, if it ever stops raining lol! Not sure if you can find one of those buggy walk clubs? I think they do toning and stretching whilst you walk pushing the pushchair, might be worth looking into?

Have you considered swimming? I managed to really tone my arms from front crawl and its a good all over workout and gets you puffing. I also do exercises in the water to strenghten my core and work on my abs

Thank you for the suggestions :-) The hotel I am gunna be staying a lot doesn't have anything at all in the room by way of preparing food or cooking it, I guess I could pick up salady stuff and add protein to it

So in the USA you go once a year? In the UK we are like every 3 years. And yes, I hide my undies in my shoe! I once heard a story about a woman who went to the doc and he found a postage stamp stuck down there, but not sure how true this is!! :laugh:

just worked out my tdee is 2082 using moderately active (3-5 times a week) So take away 15% and I get 1770. Do I then also eat back exercise cals? Thanks for all your help guys, really appreciate it
