I use it instead of olive oil for cooking things like tofu (or chicken for my partner who eats meat - I'm veggie). Also for pop corn like someone else said

WOW!!!! Well done on your hard work, you look fab! x

It's annoying isn't it! But you will feel a fool if you pass out (once after giving blood I had to get wheelchaired out of the canteen at work in front of like 100 people - not cool!!) :embarassed: You may also find you feel wobbly when you wake up tomorrow, so make sure you have something in the house for breakfast. Well…

I sooooo wouldn't risk it. I'm a regular donor (just given my 26th pint) and can sometimes still fell wobbly up to 3 days after. Maybe do a gentle walk or some yoga if you really must but nothing else. If you try anything more energentic you will feel awful (well if you are anything like me anyhow) Sometimes even walking…

I started in June and I can't get enough! It's so much fun and a real challange to make your hips do things they're not used to doing!
-
It hurts!!! But no pain no gain :-)
-
Yep! Get this all the time! Soooooo annoying, they are just jealous. It hurts to start with but after a while you will be able to laugh about it

ps, forgot to say, exercise too feels great as you get hooked on the endorphins it releases after a while, and that makes it easier too. Its like the good feeling of binge eating but without feeling guilty and hating yourself afterwards.

Hi, It feels amazing not to have to worry what I look like and to worry if my tummy is sticking out the bottom of my tshirt etc. Takes some getting used to though to go and buy a smaller size (at my biggest I was a UK 14, now a UK size 8) I still don't believe the 8 will fit me! It's also strange being told I am thin as I…

It's not fair, :grumble: why can't the calories all escape out into the air when you take a bite / cut it up?!!! How nice would it be to eat what you wanted every day and not feel guilty or have to do a big workout just to feel like you can treat yourself. I have friends who can eat what they like and stay thin, I have to…

Hiya, yeah I do the same, I just take something with me when I eat at other people's houses. I've not eaten meat (or anything with bits of animal in like some sweets, gravy etc) for 9 years. Some people think I must be unhealthy but I am probably one of the healthiest people I know (hope I've not jinxed myself by saying…

Your post made me smile, thanks for sharing, and well done :-)

I always find that exercise helps, even if its just a quick walk in your lunch break

Thanks so much for letting us know about this :-) Just done two of the free videos, they were great! Thanks again x

Awesome! No wonder you have a smile on your face :-)

I have friends telling me all the time I am too skinny (I'm not, my bmi, BF% and weight and in the healthy range) but I guess they are not used to seeing me thinner than I used to be. With girls I think there is also a jealousy thing for sure! I just try to ignore them and tell myself they don't know what my stats are so…

Hi All, been reading these posts with interest and was wondering how many calories people are referring to when they talk about a deficit? Is it just anything under what you would need for a typical day based on your own activity level? I suppose what I am trying to ask is; if you are on maintenance calories would that…

like everyone says, well done :-) you have such a pretty face too! x
-
Thanks for the advice:smile: Luckily I don't drink alcohol or fizzy drinks so that shouldn't be too hard. Think I'm gunna make a big effort, starting as soon as I can drag myself away from the forum; it's very addictive lol! x
-
Thank you :flowerforyou: I'm probably just having one of those wobbly days! Especially as it's Monday and I had chips at the weekend
-
Good point! And it'll be fun trying!

Hello! I say go for it! Life is too short to have regrets and if you are considering it then deep down you must want to go along. Just think how you'll be able to put all that knowledge to good use and get the body you always wanted that much quicker! And you'll feel great learning too. Don't worry about what people think;…

love it and my blokie does too as he reckons it give him lots of energy when he's working out (and excellent for protein)
-
Yep that makes good sense, so I am going to continue mixing up my strokes to get an all over workout. thank you!
-
Ah that would make sense! I didn't think of it like that. Thank you :-)

hello! It's lovely with roasted tomatoes, butternut squash and red peppers, especially cold in a salad with lime juice, olive oil etc. oh and pumkin seeds if you like. You probably already know this being veggie (I am too) but its a brilliant source of protein as it is a complete protein. Even got my meat eating boyfriend…
