  • I really hope you're right!! This is encouraging, but I'm nervous to see if I can really affect the scale by getting back on track. It's very hard for me to eat normally and pretend I'm not upset from yesterday.

Yes, it's very difficult, and it's especially difficult because all of my friends eat and drink whatever they want and it has no effect on them.   • I frequently go over my sugar and 99% of the time it's because of the fruit I eat. Common sense should apply here! A fruit that makes you go over your sugar is WAY better than a low-cal sugary dessert that's artificial but "healthy" because it's low-cal.
