I've been reading through some of the replies and I'm laughing so hard it actually hurts! Love it! For myself...yeah, can't come up with much, I love all things girly, and other than I rarely cry, can't come up with anything else!

Yes! Even more than the feeling that I didn't earn it, I feel like I will destroy the workout I just did if I eat something high in calories! I have to ask...when someone posts "bump" in a thread, what does it mean???

Sorry. I know some people don't like the word "tone". Yes, I would like to lower body fat, although I have lost a lot of weight, I still have a pretty high body fat percentage all things considered, and I would like to build muscle (is that better? :-) to achieve that healthy sculpted look!

If water causes our small meals to flush right through us...than this would be the best weight loss tip, wouldn't it? It would make sense to me that if water causes us to lose our small meals so quickly, we should just eat small meals, drink tons of water with it, and viola, weight loss!!! Sorry, I just don't buy it.

I read a study a while back that stated it doesn't matter whether you work out for x amount of time, or x amount of time split into separate sessions. The majority here seems to advise you do what works best for you, I would agree with that because either way, you have to be comfortable doing it, so you WILL do it. :)
