    Doing my last week of phase 1 :smile: its awesome but you need to add more cardio to it. At least I think so

    its basically a 3 phase program doing resistance training and btw girl you got some great results i been doin it for 2 weeks havent lost weight but gained muscle fast


    plan on doing the program and also riding 5 miles on bike every other day....

    I'm starting in about 2 weeks, as soon as I'm done with Turbo Fire. Actually I'm starting the TF/CLE hybrid :-) Can't wait to hear more about your guys progress with it!

    i started june 18th. got sick last week and only did 3 days, but going strong this week. i think its hard but i've got to do it.

    Been doing it off and on for about a year now, I have totally completed it once. I have way more muscle in my body now than ever before. I love Chalene!
