I want to weigh what I did before I started having kids (3 kids) 6 years ago! 145lbs, Im 13 lbs away! Ive lost 16 lbs since the beginning of April! Starting weight: 158 Goal weight: 154 Walk for 20 min 3 nights a week believe it or not this is the most realistic goal (for me) for having 3 kids!
