I usually add some nuts (Planters has different kinds of nut mixes that are delicious) -- they are higher in calorie (good fat) and don't really fill you up.

I remember seeing this thread before and someone suggested using this website: http://www.zumbacalories.com/ Use the site to estimate your calories -- you can then add it to 'my exercise'.

Thank you .. I had some sushi/sashimi for dinner last night and it was driving me nuts trying to log each piece i ate. This site is very useful.

Not sure if you are a fan of tofu, but i am. I use the House-Tofu site for their recipes. http://www.house-foods.com/Tofu/recipes.aspx you can search based on the types of cuisine and meal. I find it pretty useful -- especially the ones with the noodle substitutes.
