Hi Guys,
Does anyone know any sites with japanese/chinese cooking recipes that are healthy? I love all that type of food but I'm extremely inexperienced in how to make it or what to put in it. I make stirfrys myself but they don't usually come out too great.. any advice would be much appreciated! I'm not the biggest fish fan, especially raw fish!

You can search recipes by ingredient, cuisine type, course and calorie count. You can also save your favourite recipes in an online binder (you can also print them out)
Here are a few:
Mirin poached beef- 299 cals per portion (Japanese)

Oh my god they look sweet! I forgot the BBC does recipes. I just usually expect most of them to contain loads of calories but evidently I was wrong! Keep the sites coming!0

Not sure if you are a fan of tofu, but i am. I use the House-Tofu site for their recipes.
http://www.house-foods.com/Tofu/recipes.aspx
you can search based on the types of cuisine and meal. I find it pretty useful -- especially the ones with the noodle substitutes.0 -
Oh my god that Mirin Beef one at the top is just amazing..gonna be cooking that at least once a week in future!!!0
