I take some garlic, lemon, butter, and salt to season the fish with and wrap it all up in foil and put it on the BBQ grill. It is awesome!

Cut it in half, scoop out the seeds then place face down on a cookie sheet lined with foil and bake on 375 for about 30 minutes or so.
