  • LA County--a little city that most people haven't heard of. Our neighbor is San Dimas. Anyone remember the Bill and Ted movies?
  • I was the last person to post last week and now I'm back in this thread and no one has posted since. Are we still doing this? I'm at 167.4. Slightly disappointing because I WAS down to 166 even during this week, but had a bad and delicious weekend.
  • Friend me if you want, Karla. I'm awful about actually using my gym membership. I have a Bally's membership and am currently in school to finish my RN (Already an LVN). I'm not working at the moment because I messed up my shoulder, but I'm still able to do some cardio, including the elliptical if I make a point of holding…
  • 5'6" and really hoping to get to 127, my high school weight. I thought I was fat at the time, but when I look at pictures from that weight I realize I actually looked pretty good.
  • Hey everyone. I posted on my page as well, but I haven't been around for a bit over a week (at least in cyberspace). Got sick along with my husband. Still feeling pretty crummy, but haven't been tracking my food during this period. Weighed myself yesterday and was at 168.8, so at least it's still a loss. Hope everyone else…
  • A day late, but weighed in at 169.6--Can't believe I broke the 170s! I feel like I stayed in the 170s for such a long time, it was a happy shock to see it stop in the 160s. :)
  • 170.8 this week--keep moving on down. :)
  • I'll sometimes have a small bit of whatever it is I'm craving. Like 1 or 2 pieces off of a Kit-Kat. Which is my candy bar weakness. Or I have sweet snacks to cut the sweet cravings, like Nature Valley bars. I get the dark chocolate and nut ones--they're pretty much held together with honey and I love that honey and…
  • I've been wearing 36As and Bs my whole life. The calculator put me at a 34C and I didn't really believe it. Went to the store tried some on...the band was SO much better, but my chest was pancaked into those Cs. Tried a 34D (in shock the whole time), and it fit perfectly. Tried multiple other 34Ds and all fit great.…
  • This is rather late. My weight last Friday was 174.6. But this week will be better. :) Really excited about how close I am to reaching 20 lbs lost.
  • If you go the make it at home route and there's a Vons/Safeway near you, they have Canadian bacon from Eating Right. Clocks in at only 60 calories for FOUR slices. And for an English muffin, you only need one. I love that stuff on a muffin with egg beaters or sometimes with a poached egg. Yum.
  • I believe she meant 278.5--if you look at her signature she has 278.5 as her current weight. ;)
  • 172.6 lbs this morning--a 2.4 lb loss. If only every week went that way!
  • Deleted. Posted on the wrong team. ;)
  • Really enjoyed the first 2--excited to see the 3rd! Didn't know they were making that.
  • Totally tripping out on this. According to the measurements I put in, I'm a 34C. Which is weird because I know I've NEVER worn a C. But the band size is also smaller than usual so this seems to hold true to what everyone else is saying. Super curious to go try on a bra in this size and see what happens. Also curious to try…
  • My husband and I both love video games. We have a 360, a PS3, a PS2, and our computers. I love RPGs--Fallout and Fable and have an off and on addiction to WoW. It got a lot easier to say no to WoW after the first break I took from it. ;) Husband loves Mass Effect and all the games I like on top of FPS and various other…
  • Ah, Tim Horton's! How awful to work with all the delicious temptation. I went to Tim Horton's on a vacation to Canada about 8 years ago and I'm STILL bummed out we don't have them out here. Although I'm guessing the soups and sandwiches make for good lunches. But my biggest memory are the timbits. Mmm.
  • Hi everyone! Starting weight today of 175 lbs. Can't wait to see how we're all doing in December!
  • There are good days and bad days, like most other jobs. When I'm being treated particularly badly by a patient/family member at least I can say it's because of what they're going through, opposed to other jobs where people can just be mean for seemingly no reason at all. That said, even on the worst days I've had where you…
  • Looking great! But I have to ask--do you work at Safeway/Vons/Pavilions? I swear that was my exact uniform from my Vons days, minus the apron. I just donated all my old khaki shirts to Goodwill. ;)
  • My husband and I do historical re-enactment and our group does 16th century Scottish and Irish. He wears an old school great kilt and I think it's a combination of the confidence it takes a lot of men to wear a kilt combined with doing it well. He looks good. :)
  • I'm 23--will be 24 in September and 5'6". Current weight is 176.2 lbs with an ultimate goal weight of 127. Realistic goal is 135ish, but I really want those 120s again. Add as a friend if you want--more people keep me motivated.
  • Congrats! I did the same thing--donated 5 bags of clothes to Goodwill recently with the exception of my favorite pair of jeans from American Eagle I used to wear in high school. Couldn't bear to part with them and there they sit in the closet, waiting for me. Size 6, I'm coming for you.
  • I've done way worse, but will never do it again--no matter how much I love Ben and Jerry's. I was still a healthy size and in jr. high. Sleeping over at a friend's house and for some reason she ended up really angry with her older sister. So she decided we should eat all the ice cream so she wouldn't be able to have any…
  • I'm 5'6" and currently sitting at 177 lbs. I want to get down to 127, the weight I was about 6-7 years ago. I looked good and didn't know it and am kicking myself now. Truth be told I'll be glad to hit the 130s though. I really just want to be a size 6/7 again.
  • Trader Joe's French Village yogurt - 130-140 calories Nature Valley Dark Chocolate & Roasted Nut bar - 140 calories That is when I'm up early enough for breakfast. But what I've really been craving is a big pan of fried potatoes with polish sausage, bel peppers and onions topped with perfectly cooked over easy eggs. Agh. I…
  • I know you're already a few people over, but...room for one more? I'm 23, but I'll be 24 in September.
  • My current driver's license weight is 136. I WAS 136 when I wrote that weight down--I even updated it from the 127 my first license was after I had to replace it when it got stolen with my whole purse. Currently I'm 41 pounds more than that. Hopefully I'll be back down to 136 in a few months. And then back to my goal…
