As long as you're watching your calorie intake and if you're breast feeding...make sure you're getting enough calories and vitamins...then you will not put back on the…

  • People talk about me all the time at my new gym. I see them looking at me and leaning in and talking to their gym partners. But its usually because I am covered in sweat! I'm there for an hour and a half most days. They usually get there and leave while I am still there. They see me lifting weights like a man and I don't…
  • Funny how you can come here for advice and be attacked all at the same time. There's a lot of attacking that goes on in these threads...very few people are actually helpful. It's really kind of disappointing if you're new. I guess it's back to that old sayin' : gotta have thick skin... Geesh! (smh)
  • OMG! Please be reassured that it does come back. I have had this experience; my condition was brought on by lack of vitamin absorption. You can start taking a multi-vitamin and an iron pill...those helped me. But I also went into the doctor and had a complete blood test done; I was given potassium pills, iron pills, told…
  • Let's just be completely honest here; if I could step away from the adult beverages for like 2 months...I'd be a skinny mini....lol! Alcohol anyway you sale it...it is going to slow down the average person. No one accurately measures their drinks and let's all be completely honest...one drink usually leads to 2 or 3...then…
  • Op check out www.bodybuilding.com they have videos and instructions on how to use all gym equipment. That's where I go when I am looking to figure out how to do certain workouts. I always use low weight and focus on technique. I hope this was helpful! :)
  • I'm planning on starting this on Sunday when I get back from my vacation; I am ready to finally run that half marathon I was suppose to run last year. Maybe this time around will be different! I am always open to new friends!
  • LOL! :D How funny!!!
  • I always pack a banana and a protein shake in my gym bag... it sucks when you make the wrong choice and have a snickers...but you'll survive. Plan ahead next time!!! You'll get it next time... log it and move on...you've got this!
  • LOL!!! Seriously....let's all be adult about this...everyone has temptations. You have to learn to have alternatives in your house. Or you're going to occasionally work a snack into your diet (just like everyone else)... All joking aside...it really comes down to one thing...how bad do you want to reach your goals.…
  • Awesome!!! Don't let it get you down!! Think about how far you've come... 7lbs...that's minor! You've got this!! Just keep being consistent and it will come off!
  • The moment I rolled over in bed and my stomach rolled over before I did...that was it! I knew it was time for a change!! I have stumbled over the years; but I always remain committed. Some days I'm more committed than others...
  • Always looking to add new friends who need encouraging and support...anyone is free to add me!! :)

  • I have to take vitamins due to the fact that I have become anemic. I take the following: Multi-vitamin B-12 prescription Iron prescription potassium twice a month I will get a b-12 shot to "pump up" those are always nice. But I long for the days when my body was healthy enough to do it without all this help. Live and…
  • I'm 5'2" and 168lbs... I would love to be friends with anyone that is around the same weight and height! I'm not looking to lose a bunch of weight; I am more into being toned and fit. I love the gym and lifting...so I am always looking for other women that love to lift! I'm open to all kinds of friends!

  • Don't even wait til tomorrow to restart!! Just make a better choice the next time around. Log that Mcd's...and maybe do some research on low calorie options for the next time your faced with that place for lunch...you'll do better. It's all trial and error. Life it girl!! You've got this.... stay focused on the long term…

  • AMAZING JOB!!!! Inspiring!!
  • AMAZING!!! Great job! I bet you are so proud of your accomplishments!! Inspiring!
  • I'd love some new friends!! :) I'm terrible at logging my dinner and anything after 6pm, but I'm trying daily to stick with it. :)
  • Welcome!! Great job!! :)
  • Wow...an hour...that sounds awful! You need to find something you enjoy doing! I would start trying different types of exercising; biking, hiking, running, swimming, etc...because you've got to find something you actually love to do...that way you'll want to do it! Or maybe talk to your doctor about getting on some sort of…
  • Please don't give up!! Stick with it...diet and walk...the weight will come off and you'll be in the gym in no time! :)
  • I completely cut alcohol from my diet for a month and I lost 5lbs...changed nothing else. Alcohol is just empty calories; if you're trying to reach your goals...you have to decided how badly you want to reach them. Sometimes letting go of cokes, alcohol, or that dessert...is usually the trick.
