First week. Terri

I have just completed my first week,I lost 1.5kg which I am so pleased about,having received lots of support,I did try once before but unfortunately started to eat to many snacks and regained any weight I had lost,I have done so many diets since my 30s that I really intent to do this properly,I am now 61. I am pleased this is about healthy lifestyle and with continued support and tips ,thank you all
