Kellenas, What are you dong for weights? I've just been using the machines at the gym and do body resistance work at home. A little intimidated of the free weights at the gym :/

SAHM of 3! I'm 5'9" and want to lose around 30lbs. Sometimes when the stress hits, I falter with my eating and exercising. It's hard to pick myself up and keep going.
