I have to agree with pretty much everything that's been said, 1600 is not really a lot. But listen to your body, and gauge it. GOOD LUCK!

I found that if I weigh myself every day I would get discouraged because of the fluctuations, so to stop sabotaging myself I make it once a week, first thing in the morning. That's what works for me.

I have a gym membership, I actually don't mind exercise, its well going and doing it. I'd love to be able to run again. Or not feeling guilty about going and doing it. I appreciate the tips, really.
