Wow I thank everyone for all of their suggestions....soo much to take in! Im gonna pull bits and pieces in from everyone and see how it works....I def do more cardio than weight lifting so I guess that accounts for fat loss..but this far from and average of 2.5 hrs of cardio a day and abt 30min a day of weight lifting…

Its ok to treat urself....have a glass while out mingling.....just dont try to drink the bottle. Everything is fine in moderation. Also stay away from beer and mixed drinks 250+ in cals ...a glass of white wine is abt 80-90 red wine abt 100. For that you can have two glasses for wht you are drinking in beer =)

My favorite and the best bet on the menu is a Chicken Caesar Salad and swap the dressing for the Balsamic Vinaigrette at just 250 calories =) ......McDonalds Im ♥'n It lol (i dnt ever eat fast food but this is a good choice and quick fix)

If you go to the website they have an interactive menu where u can add and subtract condiments including the bun and it tells you the nutrition value based on wht you selected. Filet o Fish as is is 380. Without tarter sauce 290. Without tarter sauce ans cheese its 270. Enjoy:…

Go for it! Give your body wht it asks for or you will go absolutely insane! That dosent mean eat a dozen...but maybe one of those mini cupcake or even look at the hostess/little debbie section they have 100 calorie snack packs of all kinds of sweets!
