i'm seriously wondering if its just stomach pain. these pangs aren't the same as the hunger i feel when i haven't eaten, like in the morning. no stomach growling, just feeligns of hunger. could i be addicted to eating? every time i eat it sems to make it worse. of course i'm only eating small snacks. like a banana or a few…

try the 80 calorie wheat buns instead of 40 calorie bread to make it seem more hamburger like. i don't like big macs or else i'd be willing to contribute more

i tend to not exercise much if at all in the summer, i can't stand being hot, and i can't get cool in my house.

i get plenty of sleep and i drink way too much water. i don't think its emotional either, i feel extremely calm, and hungry. i'm eating some cherries now. whats sad is that they seem to be making the hunger pangs worse.
