  • Hi :>) I'm going to say pretty much the same as others, that you should change up your exercise a little. Definitely increase your intensity, rev up your speed, your weights or whatever you are doing. I usually add some bursts of intense versions of the exercises I'm doing "regularly" to change them up and put a little…

  • Well.. Dad is buying a Ham to bake.. I'll probably make baked sweet potatoes and green beans, my usual salad with tomato and avocado and a nice lemony dressing with olive oil. We are supposed to have company... I might make a pie, if it is requested. I'm not the biggest fan of dessert though so I hope it doesn't get…

  • you can replace sour cream with buttermilk or yogurt in many recipes for a lowfat choice. I find the trouble with low fat ingredients like sour cream, too much sugar and sodium... and I just don't like the taste.
  • I make my own dressing with olive oil, lemon juice, and a little dijon mustard for emulsification, and my own seasonings (garlic, shallots, basil, parsley, pepper, a little salt) I make it a little at a time... and I love it. Jacques Pepin (french chef with Julia Child) recommends 4 parts olive oil to one part lemon juice.…

  • you can get those frozen chicken breasts.. or fresh ones without the skin and freeze them.. bake them 10-15-20 minutes with your own seasoning, depending on how big they are. it takes no time at all to bake up a batch and freeze it.. then heat them up for your dinner to go on your salad Also.. rinse those beans out of the…

  • I think you need to eat more. That is what I find happens to me when I don't eat enough. I have a tendency to skip meals and eat small amounts. Some days I barely eat enough calories, yet I still will gain weight. Your body thinks it is in starvation mode if you are eating exercising and still not losing weight. Of…

  • You look as good as you feel!! Amazing!! Congratulations!
  • I usually have a smoothie. I put half an apple, half a banana, a few slices of peach or pear, or strawberries/blueberries, a tablespoon of cottage cheese, a tablespoon of natural peanut butter and a little milk or juice. I then blend it in my Magic Bullet and drink it through the morning. It is nice and thick like a milk…
  • I love fruit and cottage cheese!
  • smilogirl... My name is Milo. When I first started coming onto the internet (13 years ago!) and chatting I got asked the irritating a/s/l all the time. I wanted to create a name that was me .. and yet gave more info about me so that I could avoid some of that banal banter. I am quite a laugher... smiling a lot... making…
