OMG I LOVE LUCKY CHARMS! I don't eat cereal anymore, but Lucky Charms is the one cereal I will break that rule for. I buy a box about once evry 6 months and then tell my kids they CANNOT touch mommy's cereal.

Yep. I take strategic showers. If I am at the gym and need to run errands, I do it after the gym. If I know I will need to do some cleaning at home, I wait to take a shower. Only excpetion is I will not go to bed or work sweaty. :)

I weigh daily. It keeps me honest. Its just a habit now: wake up, use the bathroom, get naked, weigh myself. If anything, it has helped me know my body and what it reacts too. Vodka = temporary weight loss Wine = weight gain I can't judge maragritas on their own because they always come with chips. ;)

I schedule Sunday as my "rest day" but I rarely truly take it. I still go walk or swim or even do a full out workout. That leaves me the ability to rest if I need to.

You can't build muscle at a calorie deficit. I would set MFP to maintenance and eat back your exercise calories. :)

I like that! and also "your body is not a trashcan." Works for me when I want to help my kids clean their plates.

I don't usually use dressing, but when I do, I use non fat plain greek yogurt mixed with Ranch or Onion dip mix.

Yes, they don't force it on you! Also, they let me take pizza home to the kids, even given me a box so I can take each child 2 pieces. That gets me to the gym bc my kids know when its pizza night and love it for dinner!

My Planet Fitness has: a scale in the bathroom, great music, weights up to about 400 lbs, free pizza the first Monday of the month and free bagels the second Tueday of the month (but both are accompanied by lots of fruit), and it is a judgement free zone.
