  • I made the cookies and after they cooled i put them into individual plastic bags and put them in the freezer. When I want a cookie I just take one from the frig and either let it warm by itself or pop it in the micro for 30 seconds. I love them. I for got 1/2 tsp salt. ENJOY!!!

  • I just love the recipe feature. It is one of the things that make MFP so easy to use. I have put all my favorite recipes into the recipe builder and know just what each food is going to do to my daily allotment of calories. Now I don't think I could be successful without it.
  • I take Kellogg's Special K Protein Shake when I am rushed and hungry. It has 190 calories and it tastes good. I wouldn't use it for all meals because it defeats the purpose of learning to eat a well balanced diet. For me it is a convenience.

  • I don't know which is better...hot or cold, but I just bought MIO at the grocery store. It makes plain water taste great. I am drinking a gallon of water every day, now. Love it.
