I have given pop up totally. I have not had one in over 8 months. Every once in a while I miss it but for the most part I don't. I am planning a big celebration for hitting one of my big goals. I am 11 pounds away from loosing 100 pounds and as a reward we are planning a big trip. I have to admitt that since I have stopped getting on the scale every day my weight loss has slowed down! I think I will go back to my daily wiegh ins!

I have heard that it is not unsal for womens cycles to change and get irregular do to exercise. If you are loosing weight and exercising your body is making big changes, but play it safe and check with your doctor to make sure!!

I also started with over 100 pounds to loose! I began this journed and transformation in Feb. of this year and as of today I am down 81 pounds! I still have about 40 to 50 pounds to drop but I am on my way! YOU CAN DO THIS!! BTW, I strongly recommend the magazine COOKING LIGHT or any of the cookbooks. It is AMAZING!!

I'm in! But it won't be hard to double my exercise this week or my water since I have not done much of either. I have not walked htis week due to the heat and I have been drinking green tea all week. I guess that counts???

The food journal is huge! Use it because it really helps to show you what you are consuming and how it adds up. Then others can also offer you help by being able to look at your log.
