  • I use the Cooking Light cook books and magazines! They are AMAZING and I feel like I eat like a queen. I have lost 96 pounds and Cooking Light is a big reason why.

  • congrats, I am so happy for you. I remember when I started and thought 5.8 pounds was no big deal, but it is. You have made the choice to start, to change, to do something! That is huge.   • Well I doubled my work out and will power!! I joined the gym today and worked out for 2 hours! I have done very well with my eating as well but I am behind on water! I better go drink! Keep up the great work everyone!!
