    I AM IN!! I even joined the gym today!!

    Saturday - work out at the gym, weights & machines 2 hours

    Sunday - walk minimum of 3.5 60 minutes miles & 12 minutes on elliptical

    Monday - gym wieghts & swim 1.5 hours

    Tuesday - walk 3.5 miles 60 minutes & 12 minutes of elliptical

    Wed. - gym weights & machines 60 minutes

    Thursday - walk 60 min. plus 12 min. on elliptical

    Friday - night off

    TOTAL - 486 minutes

    Hello All,

    I am new to the boards and I see you have quite a challenge going on here. Hopefully, since I'm trying to get back on track with my weight loss I can fall right in.

    Looking forward to getting started first thing in the AM. Plan to be at the gym by 7am. Hopefully my knee won't give me any problems with the clear weather this week.

    Sunday - Treadmill walk-run 3.5-4.0 mph / weight training 90 mins

    Monday - treadmill - 60 mins

    Tuesday - treadmill / weight training - 90 mins

    Wednesday - Weight training - 45 mins

    Thursday - Treadmill walk-run 3.5-4.0 mph / weight training 90 mins

    Friday - Rest day

    Saturday - Treadmill walk-run 3.5-4.0 mph / weight training 90 mins

    This is my plan for the week.

    Monday: 29 minutes walking/jogging 1.98 miles
    Tuesday: None - well, not really - I went to the dog park with a friend and we casually strolled about, but I'm not counting it as exercise.
    Wednesday: 52 minutes (B210K Week 5 Day 1) - 18 min walking, 34 min jogging - 4 miles
    Thursday: 35 minutes walking - 2.16 miles
    Friday: 55 minutes walking - 3.58 miles

    Saturday: 62 minutes walking - 3.59 miles (it was more like urban hiking than regular walking - no sidewalks/worn paths on that route and very uneven surface!)

    Total for the week: 233 minutes / 15.31 miles
    Left to go: 127 minutes / 8.69 miles

    Well... I know I won't be hitting my goals this week... but that's ok. Everyone needs an "off" week every now and then. I just wasn't feeling the jogging most of this week and I think I needed a low-key exercise week after finishing up C25K with the 5k I did last weekend.

    If it stops raining I may try and go walking today, plus I've got bowling tonight. All in all it was still a good week - I did *something* all but one day.

    Heyyyyyy I'm def in. This is just what I need right now. cause i've seriously fallen of the wagon w all these kids bday parties and candy around. I dedicate myself to 40 min on the treadmill and 15 min weight lifting, for 5 days a week. (Even though nursing school is killing my behind, lol)

    Ok here's my plan for the week starting Oct 11

    Monday: 30 am walk on treadmill, 35 min pm walk with dog
    Tuesday: 30 am walk on treadmill, 35 min pm walk with dog
    Wed: 30 min am walk on treadmill, Turbo fire HIIT 25 + 10 streach (35 min)
    Thur: P90X legs and back 60 min, 35 min dog walk
    Friday: turbo fire EZ 55 , 35 min dog walk
    Sat: off
    Sun:off we have company for the weekend

    I work night shift so my am/pm workout might get mixed depending on the day.
