Monday: L2 30DS, 27 minutes + Plank, 3 minutes + Walk 2 miles, 30 minutes = 60 minutes
Tuesday: L2 30DS, 27 minutes + Plank, 3 minutes = 30 minutes
Wednesday: L2 30DS, 27 minutes + Plank, 3 minutes + Walk 2 miles, 35 minutes = 65 minutes
Thursday: L2 30DS, 27 minutes + Plank, 3 minutes = 30 minutes
Friday: L2 30DS, 27 minutes + Plank, 3 minutes = 30 minutes
Saturday: L2 30DS, 27 minutes + Plank, 3 minutes = 30 minutes
So, I didn't meet the goal - fell short by 115 minutes. My whole family wound up being sick with my daughter starting on Friday and me and my husband on Saturday. Then none of us really got over it until yesterday. So excuses aside, this week will be better, although I'm already a day behind with no workout yesterday!

But I'll do my best and forget the rest!0 -
