    Monday, 9/27: Walking 10, jogging 15, Jillian Michaels NMTZ 45 = 70 min
Tuesday, 9/28: Hubby sick, no exercise--taking care of him all day
    Wednesday, 9/29: Walked 65 minutes
    Thursday, 9/30: Walked 35 minutes
    Friday, 10/1: Jogged 50 minutes, walked 20
    Total so far: 240 minutes

I'm planning to kick it into high gear this weekend (since I actually have TIME), so those last 120 shouldn't be a problem. I jogged for 50 minutes today for the first time EVER!!!! Before this, the best I could do was 34 minutes (and that was a recent breakthrough too). I feel amazing, and so proud of myself!!!

Weekly Goal: 360 minutes, 24 miles

Monday: 80 minutes (weight lifting, rowing, arc-trainer, elliptical and a 1 mile cool-down on the treadmill) - 475 calories.
    Tuesday: 84 minutes - about 12 min. jogging, the rest walking - 5.09 miles - 520 calories
    Wednesday: 28 minutes mixed walking/jogging - 1.94 miles - 175 calories
    Thursday: 40 minutes - C25K Week 9 Day 2 - 3.35 miles - 350 calories

    Friday: 30 minutes bowling, 45 minutes walking/jogging 3.13 miles - 475 calories total

Total for the week: 307 minutes / 14.51 miles
Total left to go: 53 minutes / 9.49 miles

Wow - I'm probably going to surpass both my goals this week! I ended up only doing one gym session this week - normally I might do that once during the week and once on Saturday or Sunday, but tomorrow I'm going hiking. That will probably be a couple hours at least - I'm hoping for somewhere between 5 and 8 miles. Then on Sunday I'm jogging the Race for the Cure 5k. Yay for active weekends!! :drinker:

I am switching gears and doing only the 30day shred and going to the gym on occassions so getting in 360 will be a little more challenging but I plan on making it happen I am going to go back to Insanity hopefully Nov. 1st!!

I am really proud of those who met and/or exceeded the challenge. I had a week of total unmotivation and am hoping to shake it off this week.

    Happy Sunday and keep moving....

I'm up to try this again. I kind of petered out last month with logging on my time and last week was a total bust, was sick with the flu or something and asthma was acting up, no worries though, all better and ready to kick some workout bootie this month. My goal is still to get below 300 by Halloween which I think is still doable.

Hope everyone has a good week.

Congrats Trenton and Cnbethea!! You all ROCK!!! And have inspired me all week with your daily updates.

Congrats to all others who reached their goal!

I love this challenge. This is the 1st challenge I ever entered and met for one week. I have been trying to get 360 min of exercise for weeks/months now because I know doing this is the best way to lose weight. I think I hit it once in July or August but I want to be more consistent with exercise and checking in here I am finding ways to get to that 360 min. Because of my size the calories burned will be between 2500 to 3500 calories. The cooler weather will help also because I take short 20 to 30 min walks at lunch time.

I feel awesome doing this especially since I have been trying to real my weight goals now since joining and have not made it any month. I am losing but very very slowly. I really feel if I can get this 360 min in a week, I will reach my weight loss goal this month.

This week will be easier because I will not miss 2 week days like I did last week. I usually never go to gym on weekends. I make weekends my walk days if anything. One of the weekend days is usually a complete rest day.

    Monday: Rest day

Tuesday: 40 min Leslie Sasone DVD = 485 cal burned. (34 min in the zone, avg HR 125)

Wednesday: 33 min. Elliptical, 30 min weights = 590 cal burned. (33 min in zone, avg HR 113)

Thursday: DVD and walk 60 min = 592 cal burned. (31 min in zone and 124 avg HR for DVD only)

    Friday: Missed workout

Saturday; Elliptical 25 min; bike 50 min, weights 72 min = 147 min = 1509 calories burned. (98 min in the zone and 119 avg HR)

Sunday: Walking 50 min = 341 calories burned per MFP

    360 min and 3517 calories burned - GOAL REACHED!

Keep up the good work everyone and have a good week!!!
