    Monday: L2 30DS, 27 minutes + Plank, 3 minutes + Walk 2 miles, 30 minutes = 60 minutes
    Tuesday: L2 30DS, 27 minutes + Plank, 3 minutes = 30 minutes
    Wednesday: L2 30DS, 27 minutes + Plank, 3 minutes + Walk 2 miles, 35 minutes = 65 minutes
    Thursday: L2 30DS, 27 minutes + Plank, 3 minutes = 30 minutes
    Friday: L2 30DS, 27 minutes + Plank, 3 minutes = 30 minutes
    Saturday: L2 30DS, 27 minutes + Plank, 3 minutes = 30 minutes

    So, I didn't meet the goal - fell short by 115 minutes. My whole family wound up being sick with my daughter starting on Friday and me and my husband on Saturday. Then none of us really got over it until yesterday. So excuses aside, this week will be better, although I'm already a day behind with no workout yesterday!

    I've been sick since Saturday so I haven't gotten any workouts done. I'm going to start back tomorrow. Do you think I should take it slow or jump right into it? I may do some abs and pushups tonight.

    Holy man have I fallen behind! MIL left Saturday but that quickly followed with a weekend with my family.. starting to get back on track..

    Goals this month: 7 # loss for the month, 360 min of exercise and 3500 cals burned per week

    Tuesday: None - well, not really - I went to the dog park with a friend and we casually strolled about, but I'm not counting it as exercise.

    Wednesday: 52 minutes (B210K Week 5 Day 1) - 18 min walking, 34 min jogging - 4 miles

    Total for the week: 81 minutes / 5.98 miles
    Left to go: 279 minutes / 18.02 miles

    today is my day off from work and i'm going to do exercises i missed since the start of the 30 day slimdown program of jillian michaels such as the quick no more trouble zones yesterday....

    about an hour ago i finished the quick no more trouble zones...here in a few mins i will be doing it again since i missed a day of it so far...and i'll be up to date on the quick no more trouble zones...

But I'll do my best and forget the rest!
