    Monday- 30 min of Fire 30 & 40 min of Stretch 40/650 calories
    Tuesday- 30 min of Fire 30, 20 min of Recharge, & 10 min of Ab Burner/410 calories
    Wednesday- 45 min of Fire 45/513 calories
    Thursday- 15 min of HIIT 15, 36 min of Burn Circuit 1, 30 min of Running, & 20 min of biking/980 calories
    Friday- 30 min of Fire 30/326 calories

    Total:
    306 min/2879 calories

    remaining:
    54 min/621 calories

    Planning to go home after work today and do a little bit more working out. Wanted to get a good calorie burn in this week, hoping that things workout so I do!

    my realistic goal this week is 300 minutes/2500 calories AND do something everyday :)
    monday: run 30/318
    tuesday: walk 70/256
    wednesday: run 23/222
    thursday: run 24/231
    friday: pilates 15/36
    saturday: run 52/501
    so far: 214 minutes/1564 calories
    to go: 86 minutes/796 calories
    geesh i need to get in a major workout to catch up this week even to my smaller goal...

    YOUR RIGHT! I WILL STOP A NEW THREAD FOR NOVEMBER!!!

    I did not even a minute for formal exercising this week; but, lots of cleaning and I have a sparkling house from top to bottom!!! I weigh in tomorrow to see how bad it is.

    so far: 274 minutes/1853 calories
    so i didn't make my goal this week...but i made sure to do something every day so i am happy with that :) and i got ENGAGED this weekend and i think that will be all the motivation i'll need to keep my butt in gear :):):):):)

    Well I did not make the minutes this week. I did burn over 2900 calories. It was still not enough to lose weight.

    Congrats to all those who made it and all of those who tried. Keep moving.....:-) Have a good week next week!!

    Mon: no activity
    Tues: Bike 35 min, Elliptical 15 min, weights 25 min = 75 min
    Wed: Bike 35 min, weights 25 min = 60 min
    Thurs: 30 min walk, 30 min bike, 15 min elliptical and 30 min weights = 105 min
    Fri: no activity
    Sat: 30 min
    Sun: 40 min

    Week total: 310 min
