Planning to go home after work today and do a little bit more working out. Wanted to get a good calorie burn in this week, hoping that things workout so I do!0 -

I did not even a minute for formal exercising this week; but, lots of cleaning and I have a sparkling house from top to bottom!!! I weigh in tomorrow to see how bad it is.0 -

Well I did not make the minutes this week. I did burn over 2900 calories. It was still not enough to lose weight.
Congrats to all those who made it and all of those who tried. Keep moving.....:-) Have a good week next week!!
