Not bad, considering how lazy I was the first few days of the week! I really kicked it up today and proved I didn't lose any ground with my jogging, so I'm okay with how things turned out.

I am going to go for 360 again this week--all cardio. I plan to up my walking in addition to my gym workouts to reach this goal. I want to lose 3 more pounds this month.
