For me, it's like sex when I don't want to....give it 10 minutes, it's not so bad...when your done, you feel great...keep in mind I've been married for 20 years...0 -

Last night spoke at a weight loss class that one of the doctor's I work for teaches each Wednesay. I was so nervous before hand, but kept telling myself not to be nervous and that I should be excited to help motivate people to be healthy. Was expecting to talk for maybe 10 min or so, ended up talking for 25 to 30 min because so many people had questions. It was great! I felt so good after helping everyone. I really enjoyed doing that, and would love to do it again sometime!!!!0 -

I may do more today, not sure. Since I know I may not make it to gym this weekend I may go to gym tonight. I like to go 3 to 4 times a week and so far I have only gone twice, so I need to squeeze in one more gym workout before end of week. I need to workout at gym since my weight is up this week. If not today I will do it tomorrow. I may do both.....:-) If only 45 min.
Swinnie...Good job on weight loss talk with others. It always helps you and others when you reach out to others and attempt to motivate them do something so difficult to do! It reminds you how far you have come and at the same time helps motivate others! Awesome!! Keep up the good work!:drinker:
