All right...I totally fell off the workout wagon last week...so unmovitated...so, here's hoping I got my mojo back

This was the first day I did the 30DS, I think I was more afraid of starting it, that I wouldn't be able to do it. It was hard, but I did it and I'm proud of myself.

Friday, 10/1: Jogged 50 minutes, walked 20
Saturday, 10/2: Walked/did lots of extra housework for 90 minutes
Sunday, 10/3: Walked 25, Jogged 45

Tuesday: L2 30DS, 27 minutes + Plank, 3 minutes = 30 minutes

So, I didn't meet the goal - fell short by 115 minutes. My whole family wound up being sick with my daughter starting on Friday and me and my husband on Saturday. Then none of us really got over it until yesterday. So excuses aside, this week will be better, although I'm already a day behind with no workout yesterday!
