    This week:
    Monday- Nothing (have had this wierd stomach thing going on where when I eat, I get sick. So I took the day off to see if I get better)
    Tuesday- 30 min of Fat Blaster & 34 min of Push Circuit 1/458 calories
    Wednesday- 42 min of Cardio Party/390 calories

    Total:
    106 min/848 calories

    I feel behind since I didn't workout Monday. Hopefully I can get a few good ones in before next Monday!

    I'd like to join! I've never joined a group or challenge before, and I really need to get back on track. I've just been really inconsistent with my exercise over the past few weeks.

    Since I don't have an HRM, I'll go for the 360 minutes/week.

    Monday, 9/27: Walking 10, jogging 15, Jillian Michaels NMTZ 45 = 70 min
    Tuesday, 9/28: Hubby sick, no exercise--taking care of him all day
    Wednesday, 9/29: I plan to walk 30 minutes at lunch, and then either walk/jog intervals for 30 minutes this evening or do one of the 30DS workouts. That should equal 50-60 min. for the day. I'll check in later with what actually happens.

    How is everyone doing today? I don't like Wednesdays so I am glad that it is nearly over for me!

    Monday: 50 mins zumba and brazil butt lift
    Tuesday: 90 mins circuit training and exercise bike
    Wednesday: 20 mins exercise bike

    Total: 160 mins

    Still got a long way to go but I love a challenge!

    I just found this thread and would love to join. My goal will be 360 minutes a week, but it will be hard this week. But, I'll see what I can do.

    Monday - 60 minutes Muscle Works Class

    Wednesday - 60 minutes walking

    Woooo Hoooooo It's only Wednesday and I have 397 hours logged!

    Monday - gliding 45 min., P90X - 52 min., belly dancing - 90 min.= 187
    Tuesday - kickboxing - 45 min., P90X - 60 min. = 105
    Wednesday - 45 pilates - abs & backs, P90X - 60 = 105

    Total 397 minutes

    I took a little mid week sneak peak and was excited about what I saw so I put in extra work tonight want to keep it going!!

    Down 223mins and 137mins to go!!

    Monday: 80 minutes (included weight lifting, rowing, arc-trainer, elliptical and a 1 mile cool-down on the treadmill) - 475 calories.
    Tuesday: 84 minutes - about 12 min. jogging, the rest walking - 5.09 miles - 520 calories

    Wednesday: 28 minutes mixed walking/jogging - 1.94 miles - 175 calories

    Total for the week: 192 minutes / 8.03 miles
    Total left to go: 168 minutes / 15.97 miles

    I may go on a walk after work, depending on the weather. . .will log that later if I do.

    Today I did a Leslie Sasone DVD 35 min = 417 calories burned & walked at lunch time 25 min = 175 calories which is 592 total calories burned for today, We are over the hump day now! :flowerforyou:

    Tuesday: 40 min Leslie Sasone DVD = 485 cal burned. (34 min in the zone, avg HR 125)

    Wednesday: 33 min. Elliptical, 30 min weights = 590 cal burned. (33 min in zone, avg HR 113)

    Thursday: DVD and walk 60 min = 592 cal burned. (31 min in zone and 124 avg HR for DVD only)

    Hi! I'm starting over today, 10/1/10, and I'd like to participate in this challenge. During the month of October, my goal is to exercise 26 days for 1 hour each day (minumum of 600 calories each day using BodyBugg trip feature).
