LOL! Thanks for push Kim......:-) Because I am sitting here surfing when I need to workout at least 50 to 60 min tonight to make it this week. I can't leave 110 min for tomorrow. I plan to go to gym but that may not happen.0 -

Tuesday- 66 min zumba / 748 cals IT WAS AN AWESOME CLASS!

Saturday- 120 min work / 293 cals (actually today was just shy of a 10 hour day, just to make sure yall know i'm not using all of my work time!)

I have an interview Tuesday for a full time cake decorating position, if I get it, I'll no longer be using 2 hours of work towards this and I'll change my activity level to something higher. *cross your fingers yall!*0 -

This week has been dismal. Definitely not up to my goals last Sunday! Here goes:
Monday: Walk 45
Tuesday: Walk 35
Wednesday: Walk 45
Thursday: Walk 45
Friday: Run 35, Walk 35
Saturday: Walk 35
Sunday: Run 47, Walk 25
Total: 345
Actually, not too bad. My gripe with how I did this week is that the vast majority of my "exercise" was walking. And I'm to the point now where walking is just not a challenge.
So here's my game plan for this week: 360 minutes of exercise, which can include some easy stuff like walking. However, I'm laying down the law for at least 210 minutes of that to be moderate-intense. For me, this includes: hiking, jogging/running, 30DS, and NMTZ.
So my tentative plan for the week starting 10/25 looks like this:
Monday: 30DS for 25, Walk 25
Tuesday: Run 25, Walk 25
Wednesday: 30DS for 25, Walk 30
Thursday: Walk 45
Friday: Run 75, Walk 20
Saturday: Hike 45
Sunday: Run 50, Walk 20
This plan should actually give me 245 minutes of moderate-intense exercise, so I'll go with it. We'll see how it goes!0 -

Hey all - I took last week off from just about everything. Just needed an "off" week... but I'm back now. (I did jog/walk a 5k last Saturday, though!) I'm having some hip pain, so I think I need to take it easy with the jogging, so I'm just going to set a goal of exercising 360 minutes this week. Pushed it hard last night! Only worked out for 45 min but burned a ton of calories! Was considering to do more, but was short on time. That's ok though, shows that if you bust it out you can get a good calorie burn in a short amount of time.0
