  • No shame in using those machines I have my degree in exercise science and getting certified as a ACSM personal trainer. You need to strength train those muscles they are stabilizers and are important to work and many men often neglect those muscles because they don't want to use those machines so kudos to those who are…
  • I had to take my rings in to get sized down after my first child I had to have them increased and has taken 6 years to get them back to the original size so was pretty excited about that.

  • I am going to do slim in 6 until I go on vacation in 5 weeks it is a good workout for the thighs and hips which are problem areas for me. When I get home from vacation will do the advance Turbo fire dvds it is 8 weeks of workouts. I hope you have good luck with Turbo Fire and dont let the scale get you down.
  • keep up the good work I just completed 12 weeks of Turbo Fire and you will not see the scale move a lot or at least I didn't I lost more inches then weight. I lost 13lbs in the 12 weeks and it wasn't a consitent 1lb a week there were weeks were I would see no loss or I would gain. I was going to do the 20 weeks but decided…
  • I just started day 1 week 12 doing the 20 week program. I Have lost 13lbs and a fair amount of inches, but I feel stronger and can get through the workouts with ease. I now have a resting heart rate of 52 so Turbo is doing great things for my health. I am a big girl so I get 1600 calories plus exercise calories. I am…
  • I am not currently doing but have the dvd I did it about 2 years ago feel free to add if you need support or have questions. I did finish all 6 weeks I loaned it to my mother in law to start this week. I am currently doing Turbo Fire I am on week 11 doing the 20 week program. I really enjoyed slim in 6 and felt like I had…
  • my baby is 5 months and I have a 5 year old feel free to add me. I am trying to get to pre pregnancy weight and then some was trying to lose weight then found out I was pregnant.
  • This is common with this workout just stick with it and in the end you will be happy. I am on week 10 I have some weeks where I have a great loss and some weeks none or I gain.
  • very nice pictures great job
  • I would just do them at the end of the 4 weeks and do your measurements every 4 weeks according to the schedule it is just easier that way and that is the way the calendar tells you to take your measurements I don't think 2 days will make a big difference I am on week 10 day 2 and I have taken them every 4 weeks.
  • Keep up the good work the scale can be a pain sometimes with this workout I go weeks and see no change I am on week 10 day 2.
  • I think you may find you will have more energy just doing the regular workouts next month with no HIITS. I think the HIITS are a lot more strenous then we realize since they are so high intensity and your are working anerobically not aerobically and if you are out of shape it can take a lot out of you. I think you should…
  • I am on week 9 doing the 20 weeks start week 10 on Monday
  • I am on week 9 of Turbo Fire
  • Make sure you have good shoes and you are using good form I exercise on carpet and I am 95lbs overweight and I do the jumping and I am not having any knee or hip pain. I pay attention to my form and always make sure I have good shoes. I replace my snaeakers about every 6 months my joints start to hurt around then and thats…
  • It is not good to get your heart rate too high becasue then you begin to work anerobic instead of aerobic and your body can only work so long anerobicaly before it can go no more. When you work anerobicaly you are mainly burning sugar no fat. You want to keep your heart rate at 40 to 60 percent of your maximum heart rate…
  • I am in the same boat am on week 8 have lost inches but not a huge amount of weight, but from everything I have read I think this is normal for this program. I think we are just building muscle while losing fat so don't see a huge difference on the scale. I just try to stay away from the scale and as long as I am losing…
  • I am on week 8 and I am loving every minute it is an awesome workout. I am down 9lbs and have lost several inches so I am happy with the results so far. If you go to youtube there is a lot of before and after videos I sometimes watch them when I am feeling down and need to be inspired. I am mad I didn't do my measurements…
