I use these also. They taste great and are do control my appetite in between meals.

Didn't lose as much as I thought I would this week so a little disappointed. I stuck to my food plan and tried to really hard not to go over. Oh well, hopefully next weigh in will be a little better.

This right here is exactly how I feel. I am starting over again after falling off the wagon for a couple of years and gained back almost all of the weight I had lost originally. This time I am determined to stay on that damned wagon for the entire ride

It's on the internet so it must be true! Just like my french model boyfriend!! LOL

I have followed this since I joined MFP. I have lost about 40 pounds and although I watch my macros I do tend to go over a little on carbs almost every day. You can add me as a friend if you'd like.

Feel free to add me. I don't always eat "clean" or get in enough fruit and vegetables but I stay within my calorie range of 1200-1500/day.

panties only until they wind up at the end of the bed or on the floor then it's skin only

I am 5'6" and weigh about 217. On the days I only do the treadmill I walk for 75 minutes at speeds anywhere from 3.0-3.5 mph and inclines anywhere from 0-4 and I only burn 538 calories. I think your calorie burn estimation is off and also measuring and weighing your food is a big YES. You might be surprised at how much you…

since there are no children do you have something like adult protective services. If you do, maybe they can get involved because it totally sounds like unsanitary living conditions

home made chocolate chip cookies!!! YUMMM

you look fantastic!!! My journey is slow also. I started in October of 2012 and have lost only 30 pounds but it's 30 pounds that is never going to be found again. Your post was just what I needed to help me realize that although people are losing weight at faster rate than I am, slow and steady gets the job done all the…

my husband fishes in bass tournaments every single weekend from Memorial Day to October. If that was the case, he'd be like a string bean and he's 6'4 and weighs 290! So I don't know how accurate that count is. I guess if you're trying to bring in Moby **** or something then I could see it, but regular fishing, not so much

I pre-log. I plan out my dinner menu's for the week and I then log it in. I usually eat the same three things for breakfast, just switch it up. Lunch can vary depending on whether I eat leftover's from dinner the night before or have a sandwich. If my family is eating something for dinner that I know I shouldn't (like…

what about those treadmills that have heart rate monitors on them? Mine measures my heart rate so whatever calories it tells me I burned, that's how many I enter in MFP. I put my time in and then I manually change the calories burned to match what the treadmill told me I burned

bumping this because I am interested in low carb diets also. I try to keep the carbs low but am not sure how and would like to peruse other diaries to get some inspiration.

Also Amanda, keep in mind that I've heard when doing JM's 30DS is you will gain weight but lose inches!! So by all means, take your measurements and I bet you will feel better

I'm a bit older than you but have the same philosophy as you on this journey to a healthier me. Feel free to add me as you can never have too much support. Chat away about your new puppy. I am in love with dogs as well so I know how you feel.

I'm 5'6" and my starting weight was 248.2 and today I am 218. My tdee with a 20% deficit is 1850 and my bmr is 1687 so my goal is to eat somewhere in between those two numbers.

I know where that is. I have cousin in Saranac and my sister used to do the Lowell Christmas Craft show.

I would. No one can have enough friends on here. Well, you can if you are the type to "collect friends" and never comment on their updates. That, however, is not me. Feel free to add. I live in Lansing. Where are you from

watch your sodium, drink lots of water and for those that say muscle weighs more than fat, rubbish. A pound of muscle is the same as a pound of fat... one pound. Muscle just takes up less space in the body than fat. Also just hang in there, keep logging your food, keep moving, and please don't give up.
