  • Yes, 500 calories if you are exclusively breastfeeding. 250 if your little one is eating solids also. You don't want to drop your supply by dropping your calories significantly :)
  • Well I must say I didn't track my food today, but it was one of those beyond belief stressful days at work that just flew by. I know I did ok. Will start tracking again tomorrow.
  • :) So I'm Amanda. I'm 32 and my daughter, Sydney is a year old. I'm married and work out of the house as of last month (end of my mat leave). My start weight is 205, goal weight is 175. Ideal goal weight is 155 to 160 but that's too big of a stretch for me to even fathom right now!
