To drink to much water, you would have to drink like 50 cups a day! so don't stress, you won't drink to much. Actually drinking water is very good for weight loss. It cleans out toxins from your body, keeps you hydrated and able to exercise well! :smile:

It'll moderate but you could definitely add another 2-300 calories of healthy food into your diet.

no! no! no! no! no! if you work out hard while you are sick you will just make it worse! Do a little bit of light walking if you're up to it, but otherwise REST! the more rest you get the quicker you will recover! :)

yeah it is isn't. but it is accurate. in 1 hour you can burn between 100 and almost 7-800 calories!

I completely agree! think of your family! Do it for them! i know its hard, trust me, i know but you will get there and you will be soooo pround of yourself! STICK AT IT :smile:
