hakinion , I have been at my job for 7 yrs also and I hate it! I wish I had the guts to leave. I am guessing I am gonna have to ride it out until my hubby graduates and gets a nice job!

You shouldn't have a problem fitting on the rides. The problem I have is my hips. My husband is 6"1' and about 300 and he had no problem fitting, but I was fitting in really tight because of my hips!

Chik-fil-a sandwich and fries! It made me feel like crap and didn't taste as good as it use to!

I tried it for two weeks, but it said I should not eat chicken and I LIVE on chicken. I gained about 5 pounds because I started eating beef instead. I did not feel any better either!

I agree, first thing in the morning, no clothes, after you use the restroom. I weigh in once a week and measure once a month.
