It's not 100% about calories or exercise. Everyone is different. Look at your sodium intake, fat intake, etc. Try different things.

I agree that they are high in sodium but Morning Star are the best!! I gave my hubby the 1/4 pounder and the sausage patties and he liked them a lot!

Welcome! I know it took a couple weeks for me to start losing. Partly because you start building muscle first and partly because I was not realising how many calories I was eating a day! Keep track and stick with it and you WILL lose! Melanie

That sounds like a seperate issue that weight loss is not going to help. You have a self esteem issue and are not happy with yourself. Thinking positive thoughts and complimenting yourself exactly as you are on a daily basis would help. It will take some time, but if you do this everyday it will make a difference.

I have been lurking on eBay for a local used tread or elliptical. I would like 1 of each so hubby and I can use them together. I won't have as much time during the holidays to get to the gym so I would like to get them in the next month or so.

Ok, I AM seeing it get smaller, but it is still there. I have lost 10 lbs in 10 weeks and lovin it, but what can I add in to get rid of these love handles?

Are you doing any cardio? I think it helps to get the heart rate up to fat burning level!
