No and I'm not interested. After years of extremely painful tests and countless drugs that made me either sicker or didn't do anything I decided to try alternative medicine and guess what?! I haven't had a episode of depression, sickness or pain since. I'm not preaching about detoxes, I'm just saying giving my digestive…

I started this week and so far it's been easy. I forget to eat some days so this way of dieting works for me.

Just added you and most of the thread lol

Leek Staffordshire :) feel free to add me

I start to feel really sick or tired or I've been eating crappy foods.

I did the Reboot with Joe three day juice fast and I lost 8lbs but I didn't do it for weight loss, I did it to retrain my tastebuds. Before the fast I had to have salt on everything and my sweet tooth was killing me. I now find the foods I used to love too salty and I don't add salt on any food, I can now taste the natural…

I'm loving it, the sun wakes me up early and I love going for a run with the dog then cooling off in the river. I eat much healthier in the sun. I'm having ten times more water too. The only thing I hate is trying to do the housework but thats a thing whether it's hot or cold.

I log it all so I can see my macros for the week and where I need to improve

35 and loving my thirties so far. My 20's sucked. I'm less fit than I was then and I'm much fatter but I'm working on that.

The app is great but I have a galaxy note so it's not handy to carry now. I just use a gymboss instead because if I tried to do it by myself I'd push myself too hard.

WK1D4 and my thighs and back feel like I got run over in the night. Hoping it improves as I go on.

Thanks I'm looking forward to my run tomorrow. My husband and dog are doing it with me so it's nice to have that time together.

Thanks everyone, I checked my BMR and Body Fat percentage and I need to be eating an extra 200 calories. I've adjusted my calories on here and hopefully that will help. I'm going to try the supplements you suggested and get outside more (shudder). I'll let you know how I get on. Lovely to meet you all, feel free to add me…

I do hate Winter and the cold. I tend to stay indoors a lot. I do suffer with depression but I keep an eye on my moods and thought patterns and I'm pretty much happy at the moment. It must be my calorie intake. I'm going to check that link out, thanks xxx

I have been lazy and grabbed cereal because I've been exhausted lately in the morning. I do try to have a protein rich breakfast most mornings. I used to eat oats with flaxseed, nuts and berries but the calorie count went through the roof so I stopped it. My lunches have been mainly microwave meals because I've been too…

Wow great job

I've set it as sedentary because I'm mainly sat at a desk all day and I rarely go out. I do clean lots but this week I've had no energy to even cook :( I think I'll give upping my calories a go and get my iron checked. Thanks.

Hi and welcome back. I was in the same position as you a few months ago but I now put my foot down and make the same food for everyone and there are no goodies in my house. All the kids know that mommy throws away any sweets they bring in the house. My husband used to be my problem too but since having heart problems he's…

Thanks added you :)

I had fajitas today and I was shocked how many calories are in them :( It's amazing how many calories are in things, I am amazed at some things I once thought were healthy. I do have scales in my house but I like to rely of measurements more because I like to weightlift and the scale doesn't distinguish between fat and…

We have an English Springer Spaniel called George. He's 5mths old and he's a ball of mad energy. Love him to bits though. I don't know how to post pics :(
-
Hi you can add me, I have 44lbs to lose to get to my goal too :)
-
If you don't break into a sweat when cleaning then you're not doing it right. I log cleaning because I'm genuinely exhausted after cleaning my house but I do live with 5 slobs. My doctor said that anything that gets me out of breath counts as good exercise.

Ah yes yoga, I never thought of that. I might try some pilates too. My core is rubbish, I intend to work hard on my exercises and do everything to the letter. Just one session with the physio today and he picked up on problems I've had for years. I was amazed when he popped the joints in my neck, I felt so relaxed after.…

He's letting the inflamation go down for a week then he's giving me some exercises to strenghen and rehabilitate the shoulders and gradually introduce upper body training again. My form was wrong in a few exercises so I'm going to hire a trainer when I hit the gym again so he can keep an eye on my form.
-
Thanks, I'm lucky I caught it early before I did more damage. I just have to do the physio exercises and be good now.
-
Thanks, I've just read an article on eating while injured and my diet should be fine but I probably need to cut down on the carbs and add some more healthy fats. It's my own stupid fault for going too hard , too quick.
-
It's a rotator cuff problem, I can do lower body weights but nothing that means I have to lift weights with my shoulders. Sorry for the lack of food tracking, I'm not very good at that but most of my meals are chicken breast, brown rice and broccoli and oats with flaxseed, banana, nuts and skimmed milk for breakfast. I…

Hiya I restarted this again this Friday after flu knocking me out for two weeks. I'm muck weaker than I was and my fatigue is bad but I'm pushing through. I don't follow her eating plan because I follow Tosca Reno's Eat Clean diet which is pretty much the same. I'm on week 1 day 3 and I'm looking forward to my rest days as…
