My name is Jess, I'm a toddler teacher in a preschool. I'm getting married this coming year and I really want to look my best on our big day! As of right now I weigh 146.7lbs and by the new year I would LOVE to weigh 140lbs

I made bad food choices and ate too much after that. I also didnt exercise which is why im obsessing over it. I think I obsess so bad because I dont have that much farther to go and I want it so bad that I get soo mad at myself!

I absolutely agree with you, i reward myself after a certain goal. I just texted my fiance this morning and i said 'when i lose another 5lbs im going to get a slice of papa ginos pizza' which may not seem like a huge thing but im a huge comfort food eater too.

I work out any time after 6:30pm-8pm, i know its better to work out in the morning before there is no food in my bellly but I CANT do it. I work out so much better at night and i sleep so much better. If i work out in the morning i feel so hungry allll day!
