I'm in! 5'2" and have 22lbs to go. I can definitely use some motivation and challenges to keep me going!

I like to make burrito bowls (like they have at Chipotle). Uncle Bens whole grain rice + 1 avocado + 1 cup of corn + 2 strips of morning star fake chicken. YUM!

I find that a good stretch after workouts (or when I'm feeling sore in the days following) tends to help.
