  • Thanks for replies, probably should have said I eat clean and try to avoid processed foods and I am not buying any gluten substitute weird foods! Any advice on meal ideas really, I was almost veggie prior to this - having a lot of meat free days. Now I seem to just eat meat and steamed veg!
  • Hiya everyone feel free to add me, I eat clean as possible but not too strict, my diet is gluten free - which might help you see some interesting meal alternatives :-) Need some more fitness pals for support too :-)

  • i have switched from juice to agua fresca which helps with sugars... blending and draining melon then adding to water. Really refreshing. I don't drink fizzy drinks or squash / cordials - sounds hard if that is all you drink but it only takes a couple of months to get used to and now i find the taste of these drinks…

  • How about a home work out of interval training, mixing it up and the speed of each work out might keep you interested? Here's one I do if I cannot get to gym or missed a workout; -Run on the spot for 2 mins to warm up -Star jumps for 20 seconds 10 sec rest --Knee raises (high as you can ) for 20 secs 10 sec rest --Climbing…
  • This one! I think of it as 20 / 20 / 20 - 10 mins warm up then 20 mins toning / weights, 20 mins cardio, 20 mins of mat work (crunches, planks, press ups) then 10 min stretch and cool down. Feel great afterwards espesh with a playlist on my mp3 player suited to each part. Good luck!
  • I love using it as a condiment in place of things like sour cream in fajitas or instead of garlic sauce or mayo in burgers or Mediterranean meals. I'll list a few of the mixes below; Mix with lemon juice, chopped garlic a little olive oil, to drizzle on salads or have as a dip or sauce. Mix with lime juice, chopped chives…
  • Scrambled egg with skimmed milk in a corn or small tortilla with chopped spring onion and chillies is a fave in my household, can add 1/4 chopped avocado aswell to make more substantial. • I like to make snack bags - go on graze.com for some combination ideas. Buying lots of diff seeds and dried fruit and mixing them is really easy, then just pop in a sandwich bag and nibble on. Dried cranberries, sultanas and almond flakes are tasty - just make sure you weigh up so you know the calories and don't over do…

Suppose a little trashy, lot's of fake fur, animal print, reds /pinks /oranges, always a good statement jacket and a couple of cute Vivienne Westwood accessories. I def have my own style mixing up new trends with retro…
  • I only drink organic rice milk or organic semi skimmed milk. ORganic veg and meat is so much tastier, I always buy free range organic eggs also. I do my best to buy organic wherever I can. I think it is worth the extra cash as makes a huge difference, I struggle to eat non-organic carrots and brocoli as they don't even…

  • Hey, out of work routines can be mental. Last time I wasn't working I'd stay up until 4am, wake up at 11, go to the gym with a slim fast shake on the way, not eat a proper meal until about 4.30 that would usually be crap then huge dinner and a load of champagne in the eve. I was a state! These days I am up at 8 and…
  • Weetabix with sliced banana, drizzle of date syrup, tablespoon of milled flaxseed with semi-skimmed or rice milk. Very tasty and sets me up for the morning! In the summer I tend to have smoothies with banana, raspberry, strawberry, copella apple and elderflower juice, passionfruit and vanilla essence. They taste like my…
