I've found that if I don't eat enough the day before, I pay for it strength-wise the next morning. I'm up and working out at 5 am, 3x a week (at home thankfully). I usually don't eat anything beforehand, just drink some water and I'm good to go.

I started my Round 2 of Insanity today. I finished up my first round at the beginning of May. It's tough but definitely worth it! Good luck to you!!

Hi everyone! My name is Jen and I'm doing Insanity to lose the last few pounds. My husband and I have 2 boys and a dog. I get up at about 4:30 in the morning and get the workout done before going to work. I did Day 3 this morning. It's tough and I'm sore but I love it! Looking forward to seeing everyone's progress!
