  • Youre doing great. I started around same weight and unfortunately I had a bad summer with eating and such and I have a big gain. Pretty depressing but I plan to be good from now on :)
  • Ya usually takes a couple weeks. I remember weighing myself after coming home from the hospital and weighed just 7lbs less (son was 7lbs) I was so bummed out but then next 2 week I lost 10more and then had to work for the rest. You did a great job ur pregnancy
  • Second tri for me flew by. I'm just entering 3rd tri (currently 27wks 3 days). I'm looking forward to being "skinny" again and holding a baby. I've gained 23/24lbs and it sucks. It's all worth it in the end though!

  • Only thing to consider is all the carbs and sugar that come from the fruits..are you planning other meals or smoothies are just fillers before you can eat a meal?

  • Same issue here. Lol hate running but I have a 10k.race soon. I run 2 days a week about 3miles and 1x a week I will run 6-7miles. Eventually I'd like to do a half marathon in late summer. I find.it helps when you go with someone. passes time faster
  • I limit fruit to 2 servings a day. I try to watch my carbs and sugar count to keep them under control, but today I had 3 servings and my carbs and sugar were over, no surprise there. lol
