I actually used to eat ALLL day and just recently started cutting down on snacking so I don't know if I want to go there again. lol. great suggestions thou! I guess some PB and avocadoes wont hurt.

makes sense. DR did mention physical therapy might be our solution if it doesn't heal on its own. Its been about 4months since I've had this issue and it gets worse after Zumba (lots of arm and shoulder movements) so I stopped going there, So far the dumbbells haven't made it flare up too bad. I'll have to go again soon…

I guess I can try that out. But usually after hitting 1600-1700 calories my stomach feels like its going to explode. lol. that's why I haven't been able to eat all the exercise calories back

yup I weigh practically everything. Whenever I make a salad or something I put it on the scale and measure out all the ingredients until I hit the correct gram per serving. I feel like i'm doing everything right, I guess only thing I haven't done was stick to a new change for 3-4 weeks. I would change things up weekly…

Ok so I changed it to 1lb a week and it brought me down to 1200 :O not sure I can do 1200. Lol. but I guess After eating back all exercise it should leave me around 1500-1600 which is about average where I am at now. I have it set on Sedentary since I manually add my calories and eat them back. Is that what I should keep…

This makes a lot of sense! I don't drink much BEFORE the runs so I don't have to go to the bathroom, but I do take a bottle during the runs and drink 16oz WHILE I run and then another 16oz after I run. I will try making the runs later in the afternoon and hydrate before to see if it makes a difference

We run them every Saturday, and yes, its only after the 10ks and EVERYTIME. Rarely after the other runs (just ran 3.5miles with a double stroller and 2 toddlers, feeling fine!) edit** just noticed you asked how many. We did probably 5-6 unofficial 10ks so far

I had it at 1500-1600 even 1700-1800 for past 2 yrs with no results. I just changed it lower 2months ago, I just don't know what to do anymore. I'll increase it back to 1500 and see how it goes

it was hard emotionally BEFORE i did it. I would cry thinking about it, but the day i stopped, I felt great about my decision. well "our" decision, my son didn't like nursing. He preferred his sippy cup. BOOOO lol

I ditto joining that pregnancy group. I ate maintance which was 1600 for first tri, second tri I ate 1700 and third tri I ate 1800-1900. whoops.
