again, ask your self this: would you rather lose 10 pounds of scale weight, or see it come off, lose body fat, and inches? dont worry about the scales, mscle weighs more if you gain 5 pounds but drop 2 dress sizes???? I had a client , well 3 of them, do just that...keep up the good work

the worse thing to do is watch the scale/go for how you look and inches dropped/again, I had a client lost 9 per body fat 8 inches, and gain 2 pounds, she looks great that was two dress sizes keep up the good work!

fitness is a lifestyle/I do not like the term "working out"/it is a mode you have to grow into good luck
-
5 days resistance /cardio 3 days/ and pick up a dumbbell whenever I am stressed....
-
nothing like immediate feedback though and being taught good form good luck!

ask to see their education and see if it is in a fitness field I am a personal trainer, ASFA certified, 2 college degrees in fitness, incl a MA, amd a doctoral candidate in sports performance psycholigy and cannot believe how easy it is to be certified my degrees are in anatomy health and fitness I show my clients my…

as you rop your calories, your protein MUST go up .8 g of protein per lb of bodyfat...and I can refernce that from a text I studied from my wife droped 25 pounds in 8 weeks after we doubled her protein, over 6 meals a day take this advice or listen to othrs who will rebuke, but I studied this, am certified in this, and…

no PX90...you need to be on a regimented diet that incurs more protein for growth, and taken at various times. Also you need to do a variety of training methods. I had a client at 125 pounds got to 175 in 6 months. It takes time. It takes diet, exercise, and, here it is SUPPLEMENTATION ps I was 120 pounds at age 30 now 54…

do not dwell on the WEIGHT loss, dwell on the INCHES lost! Shoot for a drop in body fat. A 5 percent drop in body fat may equate to a 20 pound loss and 2 or 3 dress sizes! I have a client who has dropped from 28 per body fat to 21 and still weighs the same. Why? muscle fibres weigh more. Too much time is spent here on…

Set a few pairs of dumbbells out in various places around your house. In places you will always pass by. When you feel stressed pick them up and bend, press, squat or pull or curl, 15-20 times with correct form, until it becomes a habit to help replace the stress. good luck
-
I would suggest more of a light dumbbell routine with stretch bands. You may need to work with some one who can properly teach you correct form. The key words are educated and teach Tim Lord Personal Fitness Teacher BS, MA, ASFA Certified, Indiana Fitness Teacher (ret), Doctoral Candidate University of theRockies, Psyd…

muscle weighs more than fat/ I had a client gain 4 pounds, losr 2 dress sizes..the scales are a distraction, go by the fit of your clothes and how you LOOK good luck
-
go for inches and body fat as a measure not pounds, especially if you do resistance training...muscle weighs more theoretically you can gain 4 pounds and drop 2 dress sizes..I have a client that did that, and lost 6 per body fat the scales can be your enemy good luck
-
you probably need to losen up more, and it sounds like you need more water and/or calcium Tim Lord
-
lol
-
email me lordsfitness@aol.com can fix that
-
yes

BS MA doc of Psyd SPP fitness anatomy and health taught public schools for 20 years in my subject area and , sorry, people here should search for top notch advice
-
cool on the bench, but also try the NFL combine standard: how many times can you bench 225 pounds? that is a greater indicator of pure strength good luck!
-
BS in fitness health MA in fitness and biomechanics, doctoral candidate in sports performance psychology and a master degree should be in a FITNESS RELATED FIELD
-
I believe master degree, 34 y exp, and a doc candidate in fitness puts someone right up there but experience is good too you need to know human anatomy physiology, biomechanics and be educated in training from age 10 to 90

thanks...
