my wife was the same now in three months, down from a 16 to a 10 it's not fad diets or exercise videos, it's common sense I trained my wife and she is healthier and fitter,,, still needs to lose some but will do it naturally if you need help let me know I work in the fitness field TimL

dont do it...he has no education in health.....go for a smart eating plan, eat more protein, and do cardio 3 days a weeks resistance 3 days a week and be patient btw I can help you I have 78 percent of my clients as women, and I am a certifies personal fitness teacher good luck!

never, never lift as heavy as you can...these programs do not allow a trainer to see you in person! you need immediate feedback

worry nabout inches and body fat lost.....muscle weighs more...would you like to lose 10 pounds, or 5 or 6 inches and 4 or 5 percent bodyfat which would be more dress sizes....people on this thing think about weight too much, that's the problem any help you need let me know good luck!

muscle weighs more than fat! don't worry about the scales, take measurements of BF% and measure your muscles, if you are down in both, does it matter? I gained 7 pounds the last 2 weeks, lost inch in gut, and 2 percent body fat... let me know if you need help Tim

ps try 100 g a dy for 2 weeks, compare size , girth, and texture of bicep muscle then do 200 g a day for 2 weeks called scientific method and any trained pro would suggest this
