Hi All! I am also doing the challenge. Newer to F45, so the challenge was perfect timing. Wondering if you 2 are also staying around the 1300 calories that F45 is suggesting?

I use THRIVE as well and I LOVE it. It's gives me steady energy and I sleep awesome at night. My days are long(up at 5am, in bed by 10pm on a good day) , and I have been trying to kick the coffee habit, and this definitely did the trick. Good luck! :)
