Try coffee instead. There's way more data on it, and it's cheaper!

I use THRIVE as well and I LOVE it. It's gives me steady energy and I sleep awesome at night. My days are long(up at 5am, in bed by 10pm on a good day) , and I have been trying to kick the coffee habit, and this definitely did the trick. Good luck!0

I have had great results with thrive. Lots of energy and decreased appetite. I have several family members that have had great results as well.-1

Would it be smarter to stay within my calorie goal and not record my exercise to increase my calories? That way I will eat less and possibly lose, instead of freaking maintaining like I have since the beginning of September.0

It's a MLM scheme Vitamin pill and shake. A VERY EXPENSIVE ONE!
Those who sell it, swear it's amazing.
Just watch what you eat and move more
*waits for all the people who sell it to chime in*0 -
