I make Sauteed Cabbage and Ham Steak. Use half the ham steak and cut into pieces then brown it to taste. I rough chop a head of cabbage. Hi Cathy! I have been on here about as long as you have, and I love it. Makes it all so much easier. One of the worst things I have found is sodium intake.. Who knew I was taking in that much? Sheesh! I wish you good luck.
